What is an AI agent, in plain terms?
A trained assistant that holds a real conversation on your behalf — on WhatsApp, your website, or Instagram. It answers questions about your business, collects details, books slots and hands over to a human the moment something needs judgement. It is not a keyword menu bot.
How long until my agent is live?
Most single-use-case agents go live within 3–7 working days of the first call. Multi-department rollouts and system integrations usually take two to three weeks. We tell you the honest timeline during scoping, before you pay.
What do you need from me to get started?
Whatever you already have: a fee structure, an OPD timing sheet, a price list, past WhatsApp chats, your website. We turn that into the agent's knowledge. If it lives in someone's head, a 30-minute call is usually enough to get it out.
Does the agent speak Hindi and Marathi?
Yes — and it replies in whichever language the person writes in, including Hinglish typed in Roman script. We test this against real customer messages from your business before going live.
What happens when the agent doesn't know something?
It says so and hands the conversation to your team, with the full chat history attached. We would rather it escalate than guess. Every escalation is logged, and recurring ones get trained in during monitoring.
Where does our data live, and who can see it?
Your data stays scoped to your agent and is never used to train anything shared with another client. Enterprise plans can run on a private or on-premise deployment if your compliance team requires it. We'll sign an NDA before scoping if you prefer.
Is there a lock-in, and can I cancel?
Plans are monthly with no lock-in. Cancel whenever it stops earning its keep — we'll export your agent's knowledge base and conversation history so nothing is held hostage.
